LOVE Oakwell! They are quick to schedule an appointment, staff are friendly and genuinely care, appointments are quick- but thorough. I have had both my cat and medical assistance service dog neutered here for a fair price. Both have had incredible healing time. Hope they end up being an emergency hospital in the future, we all hate going to the Airport Emergency Vet.
I have been pleased with the care my dogs have received at Oakwell. This past week I had to let one of my dogs go. They were very compassionate during this experience. Today I received a beautiful card from the entire staff. Each caregiver wrote a handwritten note in the card. In addition, they made me several prints of Oshi’s nose and paws. I appreciate everything they have done. I would recommend Oakwell and I am very picky!
Oakwell did an amazing job with my dog. She was spayed and they took good care of her. I will continue to use their services. They are so good to all the animals and treat them like their own. I love that.
We loved our visit at Oakwell. We were seen by Dr. Maness and she was so great with our two pups. She really took her time with each of them and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable with everything. She did a very thorough check up on them both. The staff were extremely friendly as well. We will definitely be using them for our annual check ups and anything else that may come up.
Been here three times so far and I really like them. The best vet experience I've had in years. They are very nice and informative. I recommend them. ❤️ The staff is very understanding and sweet. Prices ain't outrageous like most places either.
I bring my dogs to Oakwell for all of their needs. Recently I had an emergency and brought my dog in right at closing time. Dr. Maness and the entire team, including the front desk staff, remained by our side until nearly 8 o’clock, at which point my dog had to be transferred to an emergency clinic for over night observation. They were wonderful and their fast action saved his life. I love everyone here. Thank you, Oakwell!
Love this place. Snickers vet Dr. Rachel was fantastic and her assistant was awesome. The knew exactly everything the needed, to handle snickers. So gentle, so kind. Definitely my new vet clinic. Thanks a lot to all of you. Doing some better today. Eye looking better already.
Wow i was treated so nicely. We went to the vet we thought we were going to but not one i made appointment with! They fitted us in their schedule! Excellent visit, they checked both our kittens out, one was 3 days old!!! Advice and a booklet was given teaching how and what to expect in trying to save a newborn without a mother! They even allowed us to stay until i could go get right formula and bottles and taught us how to feed! I rarely give 5 stars... but i was super impressed by their caring attitude!
Lovely staff, super friendly. Explained everything very well. And tried to help with making other visits less expensive.
