Meet Curtis Davis

Curtis has proudly called the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee home for over two decades. His diverse leadership background spans public service, construction, real estate, project and property management, and veterinary medicine, where he currently serves in veterinary hospital management. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous federal and state emergency management certifications, along with specialized certifications within the veterinary profession.

Passionate about both people and animals, Curtis is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, developing strong teams, and supporting exceptional patient care. His broad professional experience allows him to bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to leadership, organizational growth, and operational excellence. He believes that investing in people, building meaningful relationships, and serving others are the foundations of long-term success.

Outside of work, Curtis enjoys boating, kayaking, and scuba diving. He is also actively involved in competitive canine sports, spending time training and competing with his golden retriever Croix in dock diving events throughout the region. Above all, Curtis treasures time with his wife, Sherrie, and their beloved golden retrievers, Hemingway, Whitman, Poe, Croix, and Atticus.
